The recommended ratio is 6 grams of coffee / 100 ml of water.

Heat the water;

In the meantime, place the filter on the dipper and put it on the server;

Pour some preheated water on the filter to heat it and the whole equipment up.

Remove the water from the server, place everything back on the scale, and tare it;

Pour the 15 g of coffee into the filter. Tare the scale again to know the exact amount of water we will add from now on;

Pour 50 g of water evenly onto the ground coffee to start the "pre-infusion" phase, and wait about 30 seconds;

Gently add the remaining water until you reach a total of 250g. The water flow should be as continuous as possible and not too heavy, to ensure the coffee surface is evenly covered;

Wait about 3-4 minutes.
